To deepen China–Africa cooperation on digital capacity building and seize the opportunities of the digital era, the China–Africa Digital Technology Cooperation Center will host the 2026 China–Africa Digital Capacity Building Cooperation Conference in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, on 28 August 2026. The conference will feature outcome releases, keynote addresses and thematic discussions on digital capacity building, digital infrastructure and digital transformation.
