CADTCC is a national-level platform for China-Africa digital technology and digital industry cooperation. It operates under the overall guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and is established and physically operated in Hangzhou.
Upholding the spirit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, CADTCC brings together digital industry resources from China and African countries, and is committed to advancing government-to-government dialogue and business-to-business cooperation in the digital technology field, building systematic, institutionalized, and distinctive bridges for cooperation between the two sides.
