The China–Africa Digital Technology Cooperation Center brought together universities, businesses and young Africans on October 9 to connect digital talent development with industry needs.

A seminar on China–Africa digital talent development and an industry matchmaking event took place in Hangzhou on October 9, 2026. It was the center’s first digital talent matchmaking event since its opening.

Participants included representatives from 16 universities, more than 20 digital enterprises, and over 80 African students and young entrepreneurs. The event presented initial cooperation outcomes from the earlier conference and welcomed 13 organizations into the overseas business service center.
