The CFIT III program reached more than 25,000 students and trained over 1,600 teachers across six African countries, supporting curriculum, teaching and industry links.

The third phase of the China-UNESCO Funds-in-Trust project completed its review after work in six countries including Ethiopia, Côte d'Ivoire and Gabon, with a focus on technical higher education and employability.

Participating institutions improved curricula, teaching, staff development and connections between universities and productive sectors. Partners also prepared a roadmap to preserve these gains as long-term institutional capacity.
