China-Aided Digital Forensic Laboratory Handed Over in South Sudan

A digital forensic laboratory and training program have been handed over to strengthen technical investigation, law-enforcement skills and public-security capacity in South Sudan.
The China-aided digital forensic laboratory was handed over in Juba. The project combines specialized equipment with structured training for South Sudanese technicians and law-enforcement officers.
Modern forensic tools will support investigations, rights protection and public order. Certificates were awarded to the first 15 trainees, establishing a local skills base for the facility's continued operation.
